Payments

Elite Sports Awards accepts the following methods of payment: Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover), Check, or Money Order. If paying by check, orders will not be shipped until payment has been cleared by the bank.

All returned checks will face a $30.00 fee.

Returns

Any product that has been customized in any way, through engraving or cutting, cannot be returned. All other items come with a 15 day return policy. Customer will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item, less a 10% restocking fee. Items that are damaged will be reviewed on an individual basis to determine the best course of action to repair or replace the damaged item. Shipping on return items will be the burden of the customer
